Our orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours, and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). We do not ship Jelis Beauty goods internationally at this time.

Postage and Handling Costs – AUSTRALIA

• STANDARD delivery to an address within Australia = $10.00
• STANDARD delivery to an address within Australia for orders over $50 = FREE SHIPPING
• EXPRESS delivery to an address within Australia = $13.00
• EXPRESS delivery to an address within Australia for orders over $50 = $4.50

Estimated Delivery Timeframes - AUSTRALIA

• STANDARD delivery: Jelis will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within ten working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) 
• STANDARD orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory: Please allow up to 9-15 working days for delivery.
• EXPRESS delivery: You will receive your order within 2-6 working days from the date of dispatch.
• EXPRESS orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory: Please allow up to 3-7 working days for delivery.

**Please note that while we endeavour to have your order delivered within the above timeframes, due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, there can be a delay in receiving your shipment.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions:

Jelis will post all orders to all states and regions throughout Australia.

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you’ve ordered back to us.

Delivery Addresses

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we use Aramex Australia as our delivery partner for most customer orders.

Please note:
Aramex does not deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes), Parcel Lockers, or Australia Post Parcel Collect addresses.

For this reason, we require a residential or business street address for all orders.

If a PO Box address is entered at checkout, this may delay your order while we contact you to obtain a valid street address.

Goods and Services Tax:

Jelis is based in Australia, and we are required by law to charge Goods and Services Tax on all orders shipped to customers in Australia. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne Distribution Centre.
